As a Notary Public, we are able to serve as an impartial witness for a variety of legal scenarios. Notaries are appointed by the state government and act as “ministerial officials” who can witness and validate the signing of important documents including wills, deeds, and powers of attorney. During this process, the Notary must use their expert judgement to confirm that the document signers are who they say they are, that they are aware of what they are signing, and that they are not being forced to sign against their will. Some Notaries will even require the signers to be under oath during the time of signing.
At Likely Life Can, we can act as a mobile Notary that can travel to you and witness your document signing in a place of your choosing. Contact us at (330) 937-4941 to learn more!
